The Circus Historical Society, which is a IRS Section 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization, relies on both dues and donations to produce our scholarly journal, Bandwagon, to hold our annual convention, to maintain our website and the resources shared there, and to cover our other operating expenses. We are excited to continue to bring circus history to life in 2024! Your support in 2023 helped cover the increased costs of paper and postage for Bandwagon. It also allowed us to to improve our social media outreach, our Circus History Live! and Circus History Spotlight programs, and our YouTube channel.
In 2024, we will continue to build on these resources. We have set a fundraising goal of $10,000 for 2024 to maintain the momentum from 2023 into 2024. Please consider a donation with your membership renewal to help us provide even more ways for everyone to share their love of the circus.
