The Circus Historical Society, which is a IRS Section 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization, relies on both dues and donations to produce our scholarly journal, Bandwagon, to hold our annual convention, to maintain our website and the resources shared there, and to cover our other operating expenses. We are excited to continue to bring circus history to life in 2023! Your support in 2022 helped cover the increased costs of paper and postage for Bandwagon. It also allowed us to upload back issues of Bandwagon to the Internet Archive and to improve our website, our monthly Circus History Live! program, and our YouTube channel. In 2023, we will continue to build on these resources. We have set a fundraising goal of $20,000 for 2023 to maintain the momentum from 2022 into 2023.
